The Board of Control for Cricket in India has officially unveiled the schedule for the TATA IPL Fan Parks 2026, bringing the excitement of the Indian Premier League to fans across the country. In the first phase, Fan Parks will be hosted in 15 cities across 11 states, aligned with the opening three weeks of the tournament.
As the countdown to the Indian Premier League 2026 begins, the initiative reflects the Board of Control for Cricket in India’s continued effort to extend the league’s reach beyond stadiums.
These Fan Parks aim to recreate a live match atmosphere, allowing fans to experience the thrill collectively in a vibrant, community-driven setting. With the IPL 2026 schedule set to kick off on March 28, the Fan Parks will run alongside the opening phase of the tournament, further enhancing the overall fan experience across the country.
IPL 2026 Fan Parks Dates
The first phase will take place over three weekends:
- Week 1: March 28 & 29, 2026
- Week 2: April 4 & 5, 2026
- Week 3: April 11 & 12, 2026
Each weekend will feature five Fan Parks spread across North, South, East, and West zones to ensure wide regional participation.

Fan Experience and Activities
Each Fan Park will feature live match screenings along with entertainment zones, music performances, food courts, and dedicated kids’ play areas. Interactive activities such as virtual batting setups, bowling nets, face painting, cheer-o-meters, and 360-degree photo booths will enhance fan engagement.
Matches will be screened in sync with official timings, with afternoon games starting at 3:30 PM IST and evening matches at 7:30 PM IST.
IPL 2026 Build-Up Gains Momentum
The IPL 2026 season is set to begin on March 28, with Royal Challengers Bengaluru facing Sunrisers Hyderabad in the opening match at Bengaluru. While only part of the match schedule has been announced so far, the Fan Park rollout has already boosted excitement among fans nationwide.
Since its launch in 2015, the Fan Park initiative has played a key role in expanding IPL’s footprint across India. With the 2026 edition, the league continues to strengthen its connection with fans, ensuring that the IPL experience reaches every corner of the country.
